If there is an error or defect with your order please contact us right away and we will be happy to send out a replacement for it or offer you a full refund.  We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders.  For all other return requests such as no longer want or doesn't fit you can return it back to us for a full refund once we get the product back.
